Sir, I was happy to receive my passport but next moment it turned into agony due to mistakes in my new passport no H 2966878, to see my date of birth 4.11.2008. ihave submitted all the doccuments alongwith old passport copy, how it can be possible that a 45 year old man can born on4.11.2008, it is a blunder mistake made by your office I hope these mistakes will be taken care as soon as possible and a new passport will be sent to me without any additional cost as mistake is at your end. passport — not receive passport at that moment

Sir,
This is Sachin jain from Indore.I summited my all document for passport in dec 2008,but still I didnot receive my passport.I summited two times my document along with 3 personal forms.My file no-BPLW30257108.I wrote lots of mail to relevent officer ,but no reply from there side.So please do something.
