Passport — Non issuance of passport, 5 months since applied

I have applied for a fresh passport at Lucknow Passport office on 3dr of December 2007. As on today (May 6th 2008) passport has not been delivered to me. Police have come fo rverification 3 times already, the last time they came to get some information they forgot to ask the previous time, and I fail to understnad what on earth the reason could be to get such pathetic service from the passport dept, Lucknow. I have repeatedly sent emails to RPO Lucknow as well as Passport Office Delhi but they have not bothered to reply back to with explaination. My File# is A184751. Was this information helpful? I AM KAWALJEET FROM GURDASPUR.I HAVE APPLIED MY PASSPORT IN JULY.NO INQUIRY, NOTHING.THE REGISTRATION NO OF MY PASSPORT IS P004642 AND FILE NO IS F025489 .I HAVE ALREADY MAKE A COMPLAINT AGAINST THIS BUT NO ONE BOTHER TO REPLY .I HOPE U WILL REPEAT THE SAME THING. I HAVE TO APPLY MY PASSPORT FOR FOREIGN IN ORDER TO COMPLETE MY FURTHER STUDIES.I AM THE EARNING HAND OF MY FAMILY .SO, IT IS MY HUMBLE REQUEST TO YOU PLEASE TAKE SOME ACTION AGAINST IT.I AM SURE YOU WILL DEFINETELY HELP ME.THANK YOU
