With reference to our above mentioned application number, I have applied for a Passport from Chandigarh Office in the name of my Daughter Monika as on[protected] & I have submitted all the documents required for that purpose but I am sorry to say that I have not received the passport till now. When I have made query at your website on[protected] then it was mentioned in website that your passport has been delayed and will be sent to you within one week but I have not received it & then I have sent a letter to your Chandigarh Office as on[protected] but I am sorry to say that I have not given any response of that till now.
I am very disturbed in this matter so it is requested to yourself that tell me about the status of my passport & inform me for any further requirement if any & send the passport if completed at the earliest & oblige.
