With due regards, this is to request that I, Manju Tripathi w/o Mr. Prabhakar Tripathi, had applied for the Passport from Maihar with all requisite documents and fees in Dec. 2008. Then in Jan-2008, as per your requirement, I had sent the original affidavit of Marriage.as per letter no Nil from your august office bearing no file number of mine. After it we could not hear any thing from your august office till today.
In the meantime, my husband got another job at Raipur (C.G.), and therefore, we were bound to shift from Maihar to Raipur before March, (on 24th March, 2008).
Our friends at Maihar informed that the Police had visited for verification in April first week, but that was too late and beyond my expectation. what happened is not yet informed to us.
We are now at Raipur, under the jurisdiction of Thana-Pandari, Mowa, Raipur where we had already submitted the declaration of the tenancy ( as my new address proof) of-

R-11/2, Dubey Colony, Mowa, Raipur. (C.G.).
I am still hopeful for the favourable action and instructions as deem fit.

Iam Karthik.Nadella. My reference number is Z608953, I am resident of Chakicherla Ulavapaadu(Md) Prakasam(Dt) AP and this is my Permanent Address, Now for my education purpose i am staying at Singarayakonda(Vi, MD) Prakasam(dt) AP, This is my Present Address.
I have applied for passport 4 months back. Till now i haven't receive any conformation from regarding my Passport. For that i have went to RTO office and i have inquired. They told me that my passport status "Is Not Resident". i have submitted all my permanent address documents while verification. But the cop came to my present address for verification and he has written i am not resident of that village and he has send the report to RPO as "Is Not Resident ". Should i pay any penalty for Re-inquiry. Can you please give me suggestion for Re-inquiry or cancellation.
