[Resolved]  Passport — passport enquiry delay

dear sirmam,
this is about passport delay.i had submitted my application form first time on 11february 2008 by registered post.bt i got it back because of one proof not submit.after that i submitted it on 7 march 2008.bt after that i didnt get any information.i even dont hav file no.as i had submitted it myself by speed post.now how can i know about status of my passport application .i hav form no. and speed post no.only.
please help me to know about it
