i have just recieved my passport and the address has been wrongly printed how can i get it corrected?

DEAR SIR,
MY NAME IS MAYUR CHALUKYA I HAVE JUST RECIEVED MY PASSPORT A WEEK BEFORE BUT THE ADDRESS HAS BEEN WRONGLY PRINTED.INSTEAD OF S-24/A, SCHOOL BLOCK SHAKAPUR IT IS PRINTED AS 524/A, SCHOOL BLOCK SHAKAPUR.
PLEASE ADVICE ME HOW CAN I GET THIS CORRECTED?
MY FILE NUMBER IS DLHZ03193609 AND MY PASSPORT NUMBER IS H4007922.
