[Resolved]  Passport — delay

i m bhagyadhar das. applied for passport on 27th feb.2012... file no. BHUA00739512. still my status is showing police file is in complete . its alreday 3month over.... plz guide me... what to do... and do needful.

I HAVE SUBMIT MY PASSPORT APPLICATION ON 14 FEB 2012 AND POLICE VERIFICATION OVER SAME MONTH ITSELF I HAVE NOT YET GOT MY PASSPORT TILL ITS LAYING IN VILLUPURAM SP OFFICE MY FILE NO -MA[protected]

My name is Sagarika Sen Roy, i have applied for a RE ISSUE of passport in the month of March 2012
Vide file no- CA[protected] submitted in EM Bypass near Ruby Hospital Passport Seva Kendra.
I am a college student and I need my passport for pursuing higher study in abroad for the session 2013.
Despite having police enquiry in the month of May 12, I have not received my passport as of date 15th of September 2012.
There must be some responsible person to take care of the delay and the reason behind.

Dear Sir,
I would like to know that, if this is a mandatory system to pay on demand to the police department involves for passport verification???
As, if the applicant do not pay, the fate of his/her passport will be uncertain!!!
If the applicant wishes to pay as a standard system and practice of our country then also there is no security whether at all his/her papers will reach to the passport office for onward issue. As, the so called officers entrusted for the verification does not have any ethics, moral, honesty and loyalty towards the country. Even some one pays, the related papers may be lost in some Bar or some place of the choice of the said officer came for verification!!!
Then why all these hypocrisy of verification??? the fate of the passport ultimately lies on the dishonest police officer and on his whims and fancy!!!
This is a shame and the authority must adopt a policy which is CLEAN...

My name C.Reeni Mary i live in kota in rajastan i applied for a passport on january in feburary the police verification came that time i was undergoing a trainning in mumbai which i mentioned to the police officers they said the verification will be sent to mumbai. But i finished my trainning its been 9 months i still did not recieved my passport regarding this i have sent an email i did not get any responce. I went directly twice on the 6/09/12 and on the 18/09/12 and i filled a form for a re-inquiry but sill i did not get an inquiry. I have sopken to Mr.P.K Verma. RPO but till noew i have no responce and even if i check my passport status online nothing is mentioned. Please can you help me on this.

I had applied for a fresh passport on[protected]file no CALA126096) and police verification has been done successfully on 4th May2012. On August 2012 I have received a letter from passport office that I had to go to passport seva Kendra on 29th November 2012. On 29th November I had reapplied for fresh passport on gratis basis (Application no - CA[protected]. After completing all necessary official work I presumed that things would be done more quickly but today when I have enquired for application status it shows that Pending for physical police verification at your respective Thana under Additional SP Office, District North 24 Parganas.!!!
If you visit the website http://passportstatus.nic.in/passmain.php and insert my first file no and birth day it is also shows that
"It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week's time"
After running behind the passport for one year I am really really helpless and fed up of this type poor service. I will be grateful to if you kindly look after this matter.
