[Resolved]  Passport — Passport Application Acknowledgement

One of my friend applied for passport renewel in Hyderabad regional passport office in TATKAL scheme. His application got accepted after throughly verified by the concerned officer. He also himself confirmed all the submitted documents at the time of appliction submission.
As part of the passport renewel in Tatkal scheme, police verification is completed sucessfully and updated in the regional passport website. But the passport is not delivered yet. The reason what he heard after enquired with passport office is "affidavit is not submitted". Which is not right reason for his application. Since he didn't recieved any acknowledgment regarding the list of the doucments received from applicant, how he can proove that he submitted the documents correctly?
I request the concerned authority to modify the fules to provide the acknowledgment receipt which states the list of the document that are submitted along with the application.
