[Resolved]  Passport — passport delay

We have filed an application for the passport of my son on 16/10/2009 at Begumpet regional passport office.
The details of the application are as follows:
Applicant Name: Senadhipathi Srikar
File reference no: HYD-W[protected]
Application date: 16/10/2009
Until last week the status showed as follows:
"It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week's time "
All of a sudden today it shows a different message saying that we need to send in a fresh application. The message displayed is as follows:
PLEASE FURNISH FRESH APPLICATION FORM DULY FILLED ALL COLUMNS WITH SPECIFIC REPLIES AS YES/NO AND DULY SINGED.
How can this happen when the passport is about to be dispatched. Could you kindly look into the issue ASAP as we have travel plans abroad.

I GIVEN MY PASSPORT APPLICATION DATE 18/ AUG/2009.I CHECKED STATUS AND I GOT THAT AS PER POLICE REPORT YOUR NAME DIFFER. PLZ TELL ME WHAT IT MEANS.

I had applied for renewal of passports for my daughters vide file numbers as below,

The applications were filed on dated 10.12.2009. The police inquiry was also conducted about 5 - 6 weeks back. Ever since the status on inquiry screen shows

"Police Report is clear. Application is under process."

Statusquo is maintained for past over one month with no progress. We need to apply for VISA and that requires its own time.

Please help to get the passports delivered immediately.

Dear Sir, I have applied for passport renewal by Jan 2010 with a file reference A000319. The police verification done and the report has left commissioner's office by Jan 22nd. I have the details of PV also. Till now the status says as
"Your police report has not been received. Application is in process "

No one is bothered to answer my questions if you go to passport office or no one is picking the call for the past one month continuosly.

I have applied for the passport in June 2009 and the status still shows Police verification has not been recieved.

I Rasheeda Beevi had applied for a passport three months ago. The police verification was also over two months ago. On my enqury the same reply is being given ( Police verfication not yet received). I need my passport urgently to visit my relatives abroad. So please do the needy.

I have applied for the of myself on 03 July 2010. In your website when I checked the status it initially mentioned that passport would be despatched by 03 Aug 2010. after 03 Aug 2010 the status has changed to "it is to regret due to unavoidable circumstances despatch of passport has been delayed and it would now be despatched in a week's time". No as of today 7 weeks has passed but still I don't see any status update or passport is not dispatched. I'm wondering why it is taking so long. Sir, with great grievance,I inform you that I had applied for a passport under your kind control on dated 22/11/2007 with file No LKOA17890807 all the formalties of the passport was delay observed by police and intelligence. I waited for it for three month and when the passport was not issued, I contacted the office and I was told that your passport I has not been issued due is the lower print. It will be reprinted and issued is youre in a month. I waited for a month but when I did not receive after a month I not second,thereafter,third time, I always found the same answer but the passport.now my file has been closed.

Therefore I request you once to reopen my file and issue my passport and give me relief so that I believe in order.
