[Resolved]  Passport — delay in receiving passport

I applied for a passport in sept. 2006.i reapplied again on the same file no. B009100 again last year but sadly i have still not received my passport .It is almost 2 years now.on enquiring it says my file is missing. let me know wahat i have to do and when will i be able to get my passport.?

I have applied for my daughter's passport who is 5 months old on 11-3-09. I am taking my daughter to australia to join my husband there and till date i have not received the passport.Kindly make it fast as it is am emergency that i have to go to australia now.

I have already gave a complaint that my mothers passport (Madathil Kizhakkethil Susamma Joseph, File No. - Z566143, Applied on 2nd Dec 09) is not issuing for that I got the result that it will be despactched on 8th March. But till now it has not received and there is no change in the status in enquiry. Please kindly do favour for us because my mother has to go to Kuwait for mt sister's delivery which is nearer for the date. Kindly I am requesting to consider my complaint.

i had submitted my passport application on February 10, 2010. My file no isR20005310 submission date is February 10,2010.

The police verification has been completed.

I am yet to receive the passport. Would like to know the status and when I can expect to get my passsport.

I had applied for passport extenstion on 18/07/2007. However as of today I have not yet received my passport or any communication from the authority regarding status of the passport.

My passport details is as below
Name: Elton Christopher Dsilva
File No - E028948
Location - Mumbai

The trails of events are as follows
- 30th Jul 2011 - Police representative from Bhandup police station does the require verification at my residence
- 31st Jul 2011 - I visited Bhandup police and duly submitted all the required documentation proofs
- 22nd Aug 2011 - The file is transferred to the CID office (After visiting to Bhandup police station 5 times)
- For more than a month until today file in CID office.

On calling 1090 they have suggested that file is in the CID office and nothing needs to be done from my side. I have called up Passport helpline and they have suggested that they have not yet received police clearance

Is there anyway I can track the status of the file in CID? I have written to grievances cell , but no response
