Sir I want to know that i have my application NO A164018 DATED 10 AUG 2009., and no enquiry from passport office came to me till today. So I want to know that, why is it getting so late?please give me detail.

I am T.N.YOGESH from Dharmavaram Anantapur(dist) .I have applied passport on 12/03/12 and passport application no HYDZ650996/12 up to now no enquiry is done. When enquired in anantapur passport still file not upload .So,kindly make process fast it urgent to me.If any information let me.
