Passport — not received my passport

Respected Sir,
As on[protected] I have applied my passport and on[protected] itself police inquiry has been completed but i haven't received even my police enquiry letter and passport also. From last one month in satatus enquiry is giving a same message . Could you please look into this issue and do needful.

I aaplied for my passport in the month of November 2009 my file No is PAT - A[protected], I already had my police enquiry in the month of February 2010 after that there is no comunication from your side and i still not received my passport also.

This is Jyoti Chawla Date of Birth 21st May 1969 file Ref B012892.
I have applied in Chandigarh on 17th deceember 2009.All the verifications had been completed the police verification was also done from the police station.
Its been 4months now but still I have not received the passport.When we check the status on the website its just says tht it will be despatched in a weeks time but doind a week its been 4months.
Pls let us know wat is the exact status of the passport as it is very urgent.
I would be obliged to you i[censored] couls give me the correct date as to when will i receive the passport.
Please provide me the phone number of the concerned department so the i also can follow up with them.

After sending the below mail to complaints and suggestions the status has been changed to
please meet PRO in any of working days except wednesday between 10 to 12 30 pm . What does this status means and when we visit office to meet PRO do we need to carry any documents, please help me on this

Myself Bharath i have applied my wife's passport for the inclusion of spouse name and change of address services on 24 august 2010,upto 10 days before status in www.passport.gov.in was shown as dispatch expected date was given as[protected] but after 5-oct-2010 the status is being shown as
It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week's time ,but still we have not received our passport so could you please and kindly help us on this to get dispatch passport file numbered HYDR********10 in RPO Hyderabad.

This is Gowthami kolla. My passport ref number is "HYD-H[protected]". I have applied the passport in the month of December. Still it's showing status as "Police Report has not been received".

my passport file no. is MASA00653311 the status shows "Your Passport might have been despatched a month back and has not returned to us" but i have not received till now. I had applied for the passport by February 24,2011.Please do the needful.

I had submitted my passport application on 20th April 2011 but as the File no. shown in the receipt was wrong my Online status was not available. When I personally went to passport office they corrected the File No. and gave me which is THN T 015215. I came to know that it was lying with Police station since long so when I went there they asked me to bring two witness to Police station, that day itself we completed the police enquiry. But the police was not bothered to inform us, they want us to approach them. Today is 08th June 2011 but still I have not received my passport.
Why so much delay and negligence is done.
