i had submit my passport application from 30.03.11 at ghaziabad passport office Last two month there is no comment on my passport status on website.please help me in getting my passport

i had submit my passport application on 23.01.12 with file no GZBC00114312 & Key No [protected] at ghaziabad passport office, and now comment shown on p passport status on website that passport has been genrated and despached on 24.4.2012 but i am not getting my passport til 8.5.2012.please help me .

Dear Sir/Madam
I had submit my passport application on 29.12.11 with file no GZBA07323711 & Key No650/323711at ghaziabad passport office, and now comment shown on p passport status on website that (It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week Time) sir when i will get my passport i need that in next 20 days. plz help me to get my passport.
