[Resolved] Passport Office Ghaziabad — Non-issuance of passport

I am Dinesh Kumar Gupta & I had submitted my duly completed application number GZB-W28107911 at Speedpost Passport Service, Mathura on 04.05.2011 for issuance of passport. All the mandatory formalities have since been completed including verification of residential address & permanent address & the verification report is reported to have been sent to the Passport Office Ghaziabad but the passport has not yet been received by me. The online status of the application states that "Furnish all documents attested. Police has recommended for police verification from your permanent address. Please furnish 3 personal particulars forms of permanent address".

Sir, the delay in issuance of my passport has already forced me once to cancel my ticket bookings which has caused heavy financial loss to me.

I request you to please dispatch my passport without any further delay.

I had applied my passport in General Category on 13.6.12 vide file reference no.GZ[protected] and the police verification was also done after a week or so.

Now around 6 months are passed but I did not received my Passport;and the reason better known to the passort authorities Ghaziabad.

Through this mail I would request the authorities to issue my passport as the earliest.
