[Resolved]  Passport Office Hp (Shimla) — Lack of subject knowledge in passport offices

This is with reference to the very slow and almost dead services of the passport offices of HP.

Though district Shimla has taken over the responsibility to issue passports for all HP areas, but it is believed that the people hired for this particular department are not fully aware of their product knowledge.

Ask the people who have suffred for long term and they state their pathetic conditions as an applicant.

It is a matter of serious shame that the passport office is full of people that are either too ignorant of information or are over loaded with information.

This has resulted in dissastrous circumstances for those people who are suffering of their careless behaviour.

It is a regret to see many people waiting for months or even years for such an important piece of identity. It would be an ardent appeal to all, to kindly unite and keep sending serious complaints to wake up the higher authorities of the country.

So that some wise decisions are taken on the slacking progress of this office.

After all we would like to see India as a well dveloped country with excellent customer services as we have abroad!
