[Resolved]  Passport Office, Hyderabad — No information about Passport form

I Mohammed Manzoor Ahmed, NRI, located K.S.A, my family members submitted my wife passport on 15 November 2011, with all necessary attachments and duly signed by the officials, when I try to track in web site for status it displaying "File Reference Number (HYD-Z[protected] is either wrong or Information NOT available" however statement government and central government already announced to take necessary and rapid actions to issue pending passport as well as new application forms, Since It has been 80 days, still we cannot see the status of my wife passport, what the administration is taking action, are they sleeping or no one dare to ask, this is an reprehensible act from the passport officials.
