[Resolved] Passport Office Patna — Passport Not Received Since 1 year

I have applied for Indian Passport from PATNA Passport Office BIHAR my File Ref. No is -A07926309 of MOHAMMAD ASHRAF ALI
and sir my date of Application is[protected]...my police was clear and also was showing on www.passport.nic.in/status site but now when i checked my status its showing "It is requested to furnish the required information within 15 days"
sir i have tried calling every possible responsible authority of Passport Patna like Supretendent of PATNA Named:Shri Sudhakar Rastogi and Shri M.P.Jaiswal but NOBODY could answer my problem...i also tried calling PATNA Passport Helpline Tel No: [protected] but nobody Picks the call...now i'm scared what to do..i was support to abroad very soon..sir i request you to do the needful...THANK YOU...JAI HIND

I am Ranjeet kumar roy, S/o banarshi roy, D.O.B- 12JUNE 1989, Isubmitede my passport form on 13 August 2009, My file reference no. is A092287, Police report was also cleared, But till now i don't get my passport,

Sir,
Please give me information. why its going to late.

I am ASIF REZA .I have applied for Indian Passport from PATNA Passport Office BIHAR my File Ref. No is -PAT-W[protected].and sir my date of Application is[protected].My police inquiry is cleared. When i checked my status its showing "It is requested to furnish the required information within 15 days".I have complained many times but still i didn't get my passport.
sir kindly check my passport status and dispatch it as soon as possible.

I have applied for passport dated on 06/09/10 my file no is M028329, and my police verification is also done in month of October 10, but till i have not got my passport. on net the status should be told as that police verification is not done so plz help me out.

I am MD. ANSAR HUSSAIN.I have applied for Indian Passport from PATNA Passport Office BIHAR my File Ref. No is -PAT-Z[protected].and sir my date of Application is[protected].My police inquiry is cleared. When i checked my status its showing "It is requested to furnish the required information within 10TH AUGUST.".I have complained many times but still i didn't get my passport. Now they are showing passport will dispatch within one week.It is continue showing like that only since from 3 months.
sir kindly check my passport status and dispatch it as soon as possible.

When I Checked Next Month Status Showing My Passport will be dispatch on 17 June 2011, But Still I didn't get my Passport.Now Status is Not Showing

second request given on 6/03/2012(attached father name correction and afdavit of marriage certificate). But till i did not revived my passport please take necessarily action.
