patna passport office — PASSPORT NOT YET RECEIVED
My application form no:w37-1944,applied on 29./06/2010,Name- Gaytri singh of the paasport in which all vaerification & nessary documents has been fulfilled.but the status is showing fill a new application form.kindly look after it.
I applied for passport on 19th may, 2011. File no... there is no valid information about my enquiry from siwan police station .One staff qyamu says your enquiry has returned to patan but without any info without receiving the enquiry note . There are no prove that my enquiry really came or not .everything is orally taken. Everything is gomaal and guskhor in bihar, siwan.
