[Resolved]  Passport Office Vizag — i didn't get passport up to now

Dear sir,

iam planing to go united sates of America in Dec of this year.

on my pass port second page, The following matter is printed.

"Emigration check required (ECR) exept for bangladesh, pakistan and all countries in europe ( Excluding commonwealth independent states (CIS), North America, Japan, New Zealand, Australia, south korea, south africa, and Singapore".

Now i am planing to appear for VISA interview.
i have heard that, ECNR ( Emigration Clearance Not Required) stamping is required for my pass port.

is that true?

if so, My passport was issued from visakha patnam passport office.

iam now in Hyderabad.

where can i go now, for ECNR stamping ( Hyderabad or visakha patnam).
