Even after getting privatisation in passport seva with tata the govt officers working under LIU officer in wahar bhawan lucknow are clearing verification only when their pockets are filled with bribe , one of the officer i know is Mr. A K Drivedi who has asked for the bribe every time he never took initiative in completing his job without money at last he harased me a lot for bribe n finally i withdraw my application. this incident took place in dec 2012 Was this information helpful? |

Dear Sir,Regarding bribe case, no one is complaning. but i took this decision.
I m from middle class family. No one is earning in my family accept me. & i dont like people who take bribes.
while submiting all ID proof to them (my birthdate certificate, school leaving certificate, Ration card, Electricity bill, bank front page copy etc etc every thing i have given to them) at the last stage of submitting the documents to them, they ask for money from min 300, 500 to 1000 Rupess from us.
They ask money from me Rs.500, but i said i cant afford. they said atleast give Min Rs.300. i said, now i dont have money, i want to arrange. i told them, i will give u till evening. that time they kept my file another place.
at evening i given them Rs.300. bcauz i know if i m not giving money to them, they will misplace my documents from file.
after a month i search my passport status, it was showing that your passport have been not dispatch.
so i went to Thana Passport office with all necessaries document . i meet to passport officer, they told me that your "birthdate cerficate, school leaving certificate & some other documents are missing"
I told to officer that i have submited all documents. than again i have submitted missing documents to officer which i was carying with me.
U know why the documents were missing, because not giving money Rs.300 on time.
I hope our Govt. will take right decision on this.
