[Resolved]  Patil Exports Mushrooms — No service after taking huge money.

WE have been severely cheated by a with named firm 'Patil Export, Mushroom' located in Belgaum, karnataka with their false promise & Taking advance money as fees for contract in the same to buy back & consultancy to produce Mushrooms.
We had received a sms regarding mushroom farming under the expert consultancy & supervision of the withnamed firm 'Patil Export' mushroom a year back. We planned to venture in the same & communicated to them. They had a series of discussion with the firm staffs & even the owner Chandan Patil; who in return sent me a DVD for his total consultancy & buy back agreement for a long term partnership with them. They also showed to us a numbers of awards availed by them. Being convinced in their activities & ability we partners visited their place in Belgaum from Kolkata, west Bengal in last October,2010. Then Mr Chandan Patil along with his staffs in their office in Belgaum promised me a lot in their consultancy, physically going to my place & during installation of the farm as per their guidance & supervision. At this time we had to deposit a consultancy fees of Rs. 20000/- & a buy back agreement with them. Though never he or his any expert visited my place till date. However we started that farm in their active guidance & instruction over the phone from their. After that they sent some Mushrooms seeds with some DVD again, some books & lots of advise as to follow. We did all that they said & purchased all those expensive organic chemicals to treat the straw while processing & precession care been taken. By that time we invested more than a lakhs of rupees in farm building. The obvious result was failure of First crop. We consulted them in regular basis for the cause to find out for failure. They went on giving trash advises which never came into bearing a fruit till date. We repeatedly request them to send any expert as per the promise to sustain our production activities. But neither they sent any body nor they personally gave me a training on site to deal with the techniques. As a desperate & minute care towards the production we had to keep one farm staff on 24 hrs care basis on salary; whom we carried for another 8 months. By this time & again they went on sending trash seed which never yield any fruit ever resulting us to accumulate a total loss of about Rs. 2 lakhs till date. Now we have very recently closed our farm being compelled. Neither they could give us the required expertise through on site practical consultancy, nor supply a quality raw materials, nor the buy back in due reason. We have been cheated with not only money of about Rs. 2 lakhs but with huge one year time & reputation in the market; which never accumulates to less than Rs. 5 lakhs if counted. They are running such activities in Maharastra Gujarat, total of south India & some where in NE states. They never deliver as they promise neither buy out your products instead cheats some money in the name of on site practical consultancy.
