[Resolved] Patna Passport Office — Passport status is blank and issuing delay

Dear Sir/RPO,
Let me know the reason why passport status is blank as matter o[censored]rgency so please speed up passport processes. I have applied for passport dated on 04/02/2010, my file no is A005340, and my police verfication is also done in April Month but status is not updated yet. I am working in IBM India Private Limited, Bangalore and I need to submit Passport in this month as per joining condition.Now I am hopeless as if I am unable to submit then Company take action and I am new joinee.
Please help me as I sent mail third times to rpo.[protected]@mea.gov.in but no response.

Please update the passport status and speed up as Company requirement to submit under 120 days. I applied here 4th Feb-2010. I hope to issue ASAP for my career as per joining process it is urgent to submit.
