IN LAST 15 YEARS I HAVE NOT CONSUMED MORE THAN 200/- TO 300/- RS. ACTUALY I LIVING AT RAICHUR IN KARNATAKA LAST 20 YEARS & MY PARENTS ARE LIVING THERE. I AM LIVING IN RAJASTHAN ONLY 2 MONTH IN YEAR, & THAT TIME SOME MORE ELECTRICITY CONSUMED. BUT LAST MONTH FEB-2010 MY FATHER RECEIVED A BILL FROM RSEB/ AJMER VIDHYUT VITRAN NIGAM LTD A SUM OF RS. 11255/- THAT WAS SHOCKS BILL. & MY FATHER WENT TO PARBATSAR JE OFFICE & GIVEN A COMPLAIN ABOUT IT & THAT OFFICER GIVE ASSURED TO MY FATHER THAT HE WILL SEE THE MATTER. BUT THIS NEXT TIME MARCH-2010 BILL CAME RS. 21920/- THIS IS HIGHLY NEGLICENCE & MISTAKES FROM DEPARTMENT ,SO PLEASE SEE THE MATTER MOST URGENTLY AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE. payment — unable to to pay phone bill online
Ph.No22450110 Con.No.[protected]I tried to pay online by billchn.bsnl.co.in thru' 1)Axis Bank-the payee's address was BSNL, Maharastra
2) Corporation Bank-Merchant's name was INDIA IDEAS.I tried to cotact Nodal officer/HR and AOTR VII but no response as before ( my experiance).
Will someone explain or advice me what to do further.
