[Resolved]  perception system ahmedabad — Biggest Fraud Company

This is to inform everyone out here who are looking to hire any php developer or any server from perception system - Ahmedabad ( www.perceptionsystem.com)
These people are completely fraud, the main person Mr. Shahid Mansuri (Business Development Director)
He first lured me with false commitments, he quoted us above $25000 usd for our business portal site.
We already paid $15000usd to him, now its almost 4 months and they haven't done any job work just shown us a default layout.
I really lost my hard earned money on these people. I'm from USA.
Can anyone tell me who to catch these people and where to put complaint.
I want this company to be shut down immediately.

yes.. i m also one of the victim... i m from uk. They quoted me $5600 usd for my electronic ecommerce site... when i paid them half of the money they said, its just for proposal and $5600 usd will be additional... i tried to contact them many times for refund but no reponse. Its difficult to reach them from UK. PERCEPTION SYSTEM IS TOTALLY FRAUD, CHEATING COMPANY IN AHMEDABAD INDIA

We had a similar experience. This guy shahid thinks himself like a god and is totally a fraud company. just stay away from these *****

these guys hardly respond to our queries and are totaly a bunch of cracks. i think success has got into their heads.

such company spoil ahmedabad, india's image in IT sector.

because of such people other have to suffer.

i just suggest you that please do agreement before starting high budget project.
