Perfect Print/ Printing — Just Dial gas withdraw amount from my account - after completing the contract

Justdial's poor services after continues feedback from our end. Apart from the completion of contract which was October 2011, they have deducted the amount of Rs. 553 from account without intimating. We have mailed them to stop services through calls mails everything possible from our end, they did not tell us the procedure or anything. They are blaming the automatic procedure of deducting the amount from the bank account. What rubbish is this? I want a strict action to be taken against them ASAP

With reference to your above mentioned comments, we would like to inform you that you had consciously signed the documents with Just Dial whereas it was clearly mentioned the the contract will be auto renewed if you don't send any request to stop the ECS so that you could take the leads regularly without any discrepancy.

Hence, on the behalf of your mail received, we have stopped further ECS deduction.

Please don't talk about the 'conscious' word coz it doesn't suit the way your 'conscious' representatives cheat 'unconscious' customers.

While singing the contract its a very simple process just a blank sign and seal will start everything, but when we want get rid of you you people throw lots of contract rules, No representative answer our querys, we have to walk down to your office leaving all our works.
