Peronal — personal computer hardware malfunctioning

i am an user of microsoft product i5 processor and intel mother board. it's my second time the ps2 port of mouse and keybord and hardware of sound system malfunctioning. i am truly disappointed after purchase of the product and like to forecast the experience to all upcoming users who else is willing to take it as there PC. i am asking you to kindly make upto the mark as u r charging the cost of such product.
