Hi sir,
I am Dinesh from Anna Nagar, Chennai, India. Recently I purchased a vodafone prepaid USB modem from a dealer. In the beginning I had network problem and the speed was too low. I complained it many times. But, no steps were taken. Now the speed is some what ok, because of 3G service.
Now, my modem is disconnected because of negative balance. I informed about this to my dealer and he said that he will take some steps to solve this issue.
Now, daily for the past one month I am calling him. But, he is not picking the call and not responding me properly. He is testing my patience a lot.
