personalised children's books — fraud door-to-door salesmen

Ms. Rinki ji, That is true, even i have been cheated by this fraudster. Last week, after a continuous calling, He took the call and says that the books i ordered will be issued by Feb 2012 as the oder sheet was for 65 day delivery.
Why dont we all victims lodge a police complaint against this Fraudster.
I believe Police can take action (if they arent part of the group)with teh Mobile no. tracking..

appeal to others in line who have been affected by this Fraud Mr. Vira - please get to gether and lets all give an official complaint .

I am game to finding this fraud and taking him down! The song that plays on the number provided on the receipt [protected] is a message to us cheated customers i guess! "Sab kuch sikha humne na sikhi hoshiyari!"

Yes, Me too has been cheated by this gentleman named Manesh Vira. Had placed order on 23.1.2012 and the book was to be delivered within 65 days. Its still not been delivered. The mobile no given is mostly switched off. Once I got thru & spoke to Manesh. He took down the receipt no & promised to call back again within an hour. No has been switched off till date. 399/- is not a big amount but now my child keeps asking about the book repeatedly. Dunno what to tell the child.

On FaceBook, there is a young lady called Rinal Manesh Vira residing @ Prabhadevi, Mumbai. This is also the same area printed on the order form of Manesh Vira. Probably, this young lady is related to Manesh Vira & can give us the details of the wherabouts of this gentleman.

Finally, managed to speak to Manesh Vira on the phone no given on the receipt. he assured me that the book would come to me in first week of may 2012. Upon further questioning by me about the delay, he gave evasive replies and was not so polite. Dunno if he is a fraud or not. Will wait till first week of May & then again call him again. We have trusted him & paid him cash. Now we are stuck. Will cross verify next time before trusting anybody.

This gentleman Manesh Vira looks like a fraud. Book not yet received. Spoke to him twice in the last 10 days. Both times he asked me for the receipt number & assured me that the book had been already couriered & would reach me next day. Now his phone either is switch off or he does not answer calls.

he was wearing specs, he was fat and was very confident sales person ...pls guys be aware ...i loss 400 rs ...and he had almost 2 books full ...so many people got fool ...some had paid upto Rs. 2000 ...everyday different area and different people ...need to tell police!

Hey! I too have been cheated by this same person Manesh Vera - who now refuses to answer the phone. Last couple of times ( months back), when i called him, he assured me 2 books will come by Xmas.So far no sign of the books. If anyone has any further help on this, it would be of great help.

This person vira is cheating everyone and fooling us all..he came in my society and and collected 20 receipts rs 424 each and assured a personalised book and walt disney membership for 16 years..and said there wud be one activity in yr area once a year...he is not picking up..PEOPLE BEAWARE...OF THIS CHEATER..he speaks fluent english and very smart in talking..and well dressed wears a specs and formal shoes...pls cum together and lets all file an fir..and we can save others from being conned and fooled by this man..its not the matter of money its letting someone go after cheating us...and making merry..PLSS CONTACT ME AT [protected]@hotmail.com..
