Personnel — Delay in supply and irresponsible response

I booked for for cylinder 20days back and not yet received it. Also, if i give a call to[protected], there was no response. I do not know whether the persons working there have any basics sense or knowledge. Kindly, attend the phone calls and answer to the customer in polite manner.
