[Resolved]  Petrol filling — Arrogance and cheating

dear sir,

i am regular customer in teh SMK Petro Enterprises , an IOC dealer positioned in #171, RT Nagar Main Road, matadahalli, Bangalore 560032. many of the times i have seen some of the staff misbehaving with the customers,

but today the same experience i had with one of them who was very arrogant with me and my wife, who is a renowned doctor in the city, when i asked the operator to fill the petrol to the brim of the tank, this person did not even show me the Zero setting, and he started fillign the tank. in addition on topping up the tank, he spilled almost 300 ml of the fuel and on questioning him, he started using vulgar words and has misbehaved with us. instead asking the excuse, he started misbehaving with the customers, there was absolutely no support from any one from the staff over there.

i feel this is very serious in nature, where the autrocity of the staff leads to such unpleasant scenarios which has to be seen very seriously and necessary actions are to be taken.

i will give the bill details as follows:

Billno 26343 dt 02nd March 2012, filling 31 L of petrol at a cost of Ra 2278.81 only.
