petronas/petronas syntium semi synthetic engine oil — cheated by operator of free gift after purchasing engine oil

On 11 August 2011 after seeing that petronas is giving free gift of a knapsack or travelling bag upon purchase of semi synthetic or fully synthetic engine oil, I passed by jalan genting kelang and bought a 4 litre semi synthetic engine oil from HAF IZHUSNA Petrol Mart Stesen Minyak Petronas 53000, Jalan Genting Klang, Kuala Lumpur at 10:02 am. I paid using a mastercard for RM103,00. After paying for the engine oil, I waited for my free gift but staff concerned by the name of Noraida just acted natural as if the transaction is completed. When I enquired and asked her for the free gift, she said that petronas did not sent enough of the above two free gift and she had none at the time (But she should have said that before I paid for the oil). On my insistence, she reluctantly wrote down my handphone and said she would call me if petronas sent any in the future. I wonder she would ever contact me and I feel the free gift were already taken by the staff there. Furthermore, customers who bought the above engine oil will not receive any free gift. THIS IS OPENLY CHEATING THE PUBLIC USING PETRONAS NAME.
