My PF Number is MH/27679/22.
I have left my services as a School Teacher from Greens English School, MIDC, Dombivli(East),
from 16th June, 2008 due to health problems. I have been enquiring about my PF claim with the School authorities and they say they have already forwarded the necessary Form 19 to PF Commissioner, Wagle Estate, Thane, but till now I have never received any amount of claim eventhough one year has already passed.
Since I am very much in need of my hard earned money for my medical treatment now, please let me know the status of my PF claim immediately.
Your early compliance of my request will highly appreciated.

This is for your kind information that Smt. Kela Devi W/o Late Sh. Suresh Chand who expired on 18 Feb. 2008. Smt. Kela Devi's saving A/c in SBI, Aligarh (604), Samad Road[protected] and A/c No. [protected]. She is getting pension from the month of Sept. 2009 to continue. But unfortunately, she didn't get 18 months pension before Sept. 2009. Actualy She should get the pension from the month of March 2008 because her husband expired on 18.02.2008. I given the detail below:
