[Resolved]  PF Issue — PF Issue

Hi Team,

I’m Avian Vaz; I have worked for Wipro BPO, Hirannandani, Powai, Mumbai I would like to know when I would get my Provident fund amount and Gratuity amount.
Kapil Thakur the Executive Finance has send the Wipro BPO PF Helpdesk that the “ssn form of Avian Vaz (32623) was couriered to delhi on 05.04.08”.
But till now there is no reply.

My pf a/c no is DL/23719/67038. I had sent a mail to the Wipro BPO PF Helpdesk. They have asked me to get in touch with Rpfc’s team. The contact no. is[protected]/26413658/26413658/26282819. I have tried calling on all the no’s but the no are always busy. The only no that is reachable is 26282819 but they refer me to the 26213189. Please help me in getting my amount back. My personal email address is [protected]@yahoo.com . My company email address is [protected]@suth.com and phone no is [protected]/[protected].

I have filled for Provident Fund and Gratuity and send the form to Delhi office in the month of January 2008. Since then I have not heard from Wipro about when I would receive my money. I have quit Wipro on March the 10th of 2007. I have done several inquiries in Wipro Powai office by I get one response we are working on it.
My Details.
I joined Wipro Office on 19th December 2002 and quit Wipro on 10th March 2007. My Employee ID is 32623. Login id 60824 .My tenure with Wipro Powai office is 4 years and 3 months. I had a voluntary PF cutting from my account which would be approximate 1year and 6 months or even more. Please let me know the breakup of voluntary PF Amount, PF and Gratuity amount. May I know how long Wipro take to process my papers and to give my money?
I would really appreciate if you could help me. Please find the attached email send to Wipro.

with regard to gratuity:-

your gratuity was couriered on 28.01.08
gratuity is calculated as your last drawn basic salary * no of complete years of service * 15/26.


with regard to pf:-

we had couriered your ASR form to your postal address on 21.04.2008 for further forwarding the same to the RPFC office.
