My PF Pension Claim Form(10D) bearing Pension No.E/DL 5571/1379 was submitted to THE REGIONAL PROVIDENT FUND COMMISSIONER,OFFICE OF THE EMPLOYEES PROVIDENT FUND,8-9TH FLOOR,MAYUR BHAWAN,NEW DELHI-11001 vied official letter No HO/17/PF/10/01 Dated[protected] . of KRIBHCO EMPLOYEES PROVIDENT FUND TRUST ,A-8-10,SECTOR-1,NOIDA,DISTT.GAUTAMBUDHANAGAR,U.P.201301 with following documents:
1.Application claim Form No.10-D(EPS)(in duplicate) duly filled in by DR.V.S.Tomar duly verified by the authorised officer of KRIBHCO.
2.Three copies of group photograph of the claimant employee duly attested by the authorised officer of KRIBHCO.
3.Specimen signature of the claimant duly attested.
4.Saving bank A/C No.[protected],HDFC BANK,G28-29,SECTOR-18,NOIDA,UP.(self)
My pension is still pending with THE REGIONAL PROVIDENT FUND COMMISSIONER,OFFICE OF THE EMPLOYEES PROVIDENT FUND,8-9TH FLOOR,MAYUR BHAWAN,NEW DELHI-11001 .I have not received my pension till date nor any communication in this regard.Kindly look into the matter and release my pension at earliest.
