Phenix Varco Pruden — Full and Final Settlement of Accounts

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am very sorry to say that I had not recieved my one (01) month salary as the full and final settlement of my account in Phenix Varco Pruden, Ahmedabad.

I left the organization on 29th August,2009. I had put down my papers on 21st September.I had dutyfully served a notice period of 1 month as in my appointment letter but still haven't recieved my last months salary.

I had spoken to the HR department several times regarding the same.Earlier they were saying it shall be paid to me but now Mr.Yogesh Pancholi, GM-HR says that, I wont be getting it as I had not served their company for 6 months.But as per the Appointment Letter and its clauses it was never disclosed to me this way.

I humbly request you to look into the matter and help me in getting my last months salary.
