[Resolved]  Picasso Animation college South Ex. New Delhi ( The worst Institute of India ) — No Placement, No Internship, No Study, No Certification given

I also haven't got paid of last 2 Month SEO Work, Total Fake Website and their assosciates, i take that job from Shankar Kumar, as a representative of Picasso i though, but don't get payment from anyone of last 2 month SEO.

Please do not join this institute...
This is the worst Institute of India

I am interested in learning animation. can i join or is it worst.? please give genuine suggestion.

I am agreeing to your comments. The management is money hungry, always puts students into trouble by unnecessarily demanding money for some or other reasons like implementing Service Tax on course fee, late deposit of students forms, no classes on regular basis, less qualified facultis etc. On the top of everything the management never deposits the Service Tax, Income Tax & TDS to Govt. of India. One of the biggest defaulter to the Govt.

All Animation Aspirants & existing students of Picasso,

Always be thankful to almighty GOD in case if you get a paid internship of atleat 10K a month or a job worth 15K (Min.) a month on the basis of your qualification of Picasso South Ext or Pitampura. The market value is at BIG ZERO.

You can only realise once you finish one year into Animation. YOU can easily compare your level vis-a-vis anyother institutes students. The centre management are playing with your career. Till date not a single students has been placed in good bracket of salary or os doing well in life. VERY SAD STATE OF AFFAIRS

Some of you might have experienced that team is not stable. Go and the reason or check the same at other brands. The reason is very simple they are not paying anyone full salary or neither do the confirmation of employees as they feel that it will be the liability for them. The salary of faculties are 20 -25K per month then how can you expect a salary more than them... THINK about it.

Even the level of forgery is not paying the salary to the staff & in case they ask for their dues, the said faculty or staff has been asked to leave the organisation with immediate effect and theirafter the torture with them. POOR MANAGEMENT & THINKING...

Even here Picasso hyderabad branch, we're facing the same problem. And also we're unable to complete the group project because of wrong selection team, total 16 students, out of only 4 students who has passed DA(including me) were as others have failed DA, the centennial college, canada and picasso management made them passed for bull crap reasons probably money and loosing their reputation. This is really unfair I teamed with weaker people. And also my course is not yet over because of these .
Worst institute ever, it was my biggest mistake...it's a common scene all private institutes in india are frauds. I should have joined osmania university related colleges to gain proper education and good jobs.

Bunch of fraudsters -wasted my 2years and 2lakhs. Here is a gist of what they assure and what really happens-

1. 133% placements - Except for two-three students no one got placed.
2. Live projects - took us to Delhi only to make us practice what we do daily in lab
3. Hollywood experts faculty- They never came (right from batch 1-12)
4. Project guidance- students helped each other from what they learned from Google/ Maya textbook.
5. Excellent faculty - Art faculty made us draw google-searched images from the projector (and he wud do his freelance work in the faculty room)
- Modelling faculty would favour you if and only i[censored] belonged to his mother tongue
- Rigging faculty finished syllabus in 4weeks, and i[censored] want to learn more pay her 40, 000 (shameless lady asked us directly, wonder why she is drawing another 40, 000 as salary for).
- Animation faculty starts & finished at his own pace, i[censored] cant cope up and he wud simply say 'u r not fit for animation, leave'
- Lighting - NO FACULTY ONLY -learn by urself, they wud allow u to use their 512RAM computers!
- Composing - NO FACULTY - called someone from outside who wud compose ur work & leave. U r not mean't to learn how to do.
6. International certificate - "Recognition of achievement - XYZ has successfully completed Animation film making" No mention of other important things like degree/ diploma/ course period/ specialization/grade.
7. UGC recognized degree - U have to pay additional 30K for a degree from Punjab Technical University (& if that is what u want, then why pay extra 2lakhs, 2 thousands? U can join PTU without Picasso)
8. They still call me once in a blue moon -"we have openings for animation... oh oh u r not an animator fine fine..." how come those bloody nutters are unaware of my splzn when they claim that they maintain a database of all student demo-reels & profiles.

And still the center head Kalyani has the guts to say "we never said these things in written, so how can u simply trust us & join. Its ur problem"

and Paid internship? They asked us to pay 30, 000 to Reliance's Big animation for the internship.

Hello i have just finished my 12th and i am intrested in doing animation should i join picasso's other branches or join other animation institute like MAAC, Arena????

Sorry dude, bt i have a different take on the main issue.Picasso South Ex is kikking and is best. I have completed my course and got selected with a good production house. so, have a life and stop spreading rumours.

sorry brother this is very creative field its depend upon u nobody can teach u. u should learn by yourself.. these institutes are just medium ok and i think this institute is better comparison to others.

just focus on ur study no need to worry..need of little bit faith on institute.. best of luck all..

I was the faculty of this institute. Ashok Khushu and his family(Adam's family) ruined this company. These people know "NO" courtesy towards the Faculties and Students. They never pay salary on time. And they also don't pay your last salary if you are leaving this company. Now they have sold the South Ex Picasso branch to the Head Office, even the people of Head Office are more pathetic than Ashok Khushu family..like Sidharth, DG, Mohit Shah etc.

I disagree with any of the comments that says job placement and gurantees. No education firm can either predict, know or place students to any of the production houses. It is the portfolio of work that you come up with that makes of you. Stop depending on studios and placements and work towards developing and starting something of yours. I have thousands of example that i can give where old students have started off things on their own and doing very well.

Stop being babies. It is not Picasso, Arena or maac or some other institute, creativity is in you and not in the floors and walls of these institutes. Creativity cannot be taught, it is inborn. So these institutes can only teach you techniques and not creativity.

I have friends and some of them working with me from various training institutes who are all good. One of the recent batch of portfolios i recieved from Picasso are far better when compared to the output that i have recieved from other institutes. But that is not it, we still pick people from all the institutes for their gene of creativity than anything else.

one should understand the way education organisation works. It needs to collect fees in advance in order to plan things ahead rather than collecting funds on the fly. Animation institutes/colleges can only work if they are paid else they will collapse. Non payment of faculties, faculty salary are all not the thing that you should think about and strategize negatively. Government hardly has anything to help the Animation education sector. So be thankful that someone is taking the initiative of spreading the knowledge in the industry to serve you and stop thinking negatively.

some of the negative people could be using this medium to advertise their institutes and centers which i think is not a good way to promote things. You work and help leave positive vibes around yougsters to become great visionaries with potential to push this industry to take its high road.
