Piyasa Goswami — Increase DTC R. NO 473

The complaint is about DTC R.No.473 plying from Anadvihar to Badarpur While going to the office everyday, I take DTC R.No.473 from Sarita VIhar . Everyboday who has to go to Maharani Bagh or Kale kha wait for hours and then they become tired and then search for another alternative. Most of the people who wait at this stop are poor and cannot afford any other means other than bus. The private buses do not have this route . For the people who wait at theCRI,Okhala Mode, the only hope is DTC bus R.No473 to go to Kalekah or Anand Vihar which does not come at all. Waiting at the bus stop for hours with no proper shelter has become a nightmare. So my kindly request to you please increase bus service in this rute & help us to avail painless service from your end.
