[Resolved]  Planet Gas Stove — Gas Stove Burner not working

i purchased 3 burner gas stove about 3 years ago.it worked well but from 2 months 1 buner is started to give red flame & my pots begun to turn in black.i complaint many times but he is giving no response.please help. regards niti upadhayay.lucknow. mob.[protected]/[protected].

I PURCHASED 3 BURNER GAS STOVE (GLASS TOP) FROM M/S.LAXMI CROCKERY STORE
ULHASNAGAR AROUND 2 YEARS BACK.WITHIN ONE MONTH FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE
IT STARTED GIVING US THE PROBLEMS LIKE COVER PLATES OF THE BURNER DESTROYED.
ON COMPLAIN YOUR COMPANY PEOPLE VISITED AND REPLACED ONLY ONE COVER.
20 DAYS BACK ALL THE 3 BURNERS ARE NOT WORKING. MR.NARENDER MISHRA VISITED
OUR PLACE 20 DAYS BACK & SUGGESTED ALL 3 BURNERS SHOULD BE REPLACED.
MORE THAN 20 DAYS ARE GONE HE HAS NEVER CALLED US & TODAY I.E 27/9/11 WE CALLED HIM ON HIS MOBILE HE REPLIED THAT BURNERS ARE NOT AVAILABLE IN THE COMPNAY STOCK.
I FEEL THAT YOU ARE PROVIDING BAD & POOR SERVICES TO YOUR CUSTOMERS. IN FUTURE
WE WILL NEVER BUY ANY PRODUCT OF YOUR COMPANY AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND
TO ANY ONE TO BUY YOUR PRODUCTS.IF YOU DONT SOLVE MY PROBLEM IMMIDIETLY THEN
I WILL HAVE TO APPROACH TO CONSUMER COURT.

Planet Gas Stove — unsatisfactory product

Sir, I purchased a four burner planet gas stove (Glass Top) in the year 2010 (Last) from Kitchen Saaz Showroom Karnal. Within guarantee period your company has changed two burners which were not working properly. Six months ago i changed one burner and now in the month of december two burners were also changed but i am surprised to see that one burner is now in a position to be changed it blacken the utensils. Sir if i knew about the product earlier i never purchase it and i am very much fed up with this product. Sir i always take the services of Mr. Happy your authorised dealer in Karnal. Kindly look into the matter.

From day 3 - one burner is not working, have complaints many time to dealer but no response.

Not finding any company service center also,

Black Color Glass of Planet Gas Stove became white within 3 months
Till now problem has not been solved. Again raising my complain to solve the problem.
I had purchased 3 burner gas stove through Gift Card on 25.06.2018 vide bill no.007 from Associated Appliances Ltd. Within 3 months black color glass become white around burner. I had complained with your Dealer in the month of Sept.18. They told we ill check and change it. After one month they have not taken any action. Again I had visited their shop and they had also told same word but no action taken. Like this I have visited 6/7 times they also told do not worry we will change it. In between they had send one person for verification. They have verified and also told stove glass will be changed and no action taken. Today (09.02.2019) visited their shop and they told for changing this glass it will be charged Rs.1400 because it is purchased through gift card. I have asked them why you are not telling this word since last Sept-18. Why you have given us Guarantee card. Now that Dealer is playing with us. Please confirm regarding this matter on priority basis. Hope this will be solved by your Company very soon
