I haved worked with icici pru as a admin cpa under agency planman consultant.I have worked for 1st nov 2007 to 19 feb 2010.My pf is balanced with the planman consultancy for the period of apprx 7 to 8 month.I have filled the form for the withdrawl of pf and send it to the planman consultant as per their instructions,but till nw they have not yet taken any action against that and when i have asked them they told me that the form that i haved filled was lost.then they send me another form and i have filled that and send again to the planman consultancy at their delhi office and they have recieved that i have the copy of mail confirming that form have been recieved by planman consultancy.After 3 and a half month i.e. today i have again call the planman consultancy office delhi i recieved the answer that my form has been lost again.This is the clear intention of the company to hrash me and avoiding to give me my pf balance
