I am lokenath acharjee (Employee Code 38385). I have already received the amount for the PF claim form no. 19 but and the 2nd form (10C) was rejected but the same I have not yet received. I spoke to the PF department and they also confirmed the same and asked me to re-submit the 10C form for early release of the PF amount.
Today, I visited your office in salt lake and already filled the 10c form and re-submitted again. Kindly do the needful from your end. Please find my details below.

The PF a/c no is DL[protected] & DL[protected] The pf claim forms were summited in pf office & the confirmation also received that it was received on 21/02/2011.
Please find the attached claim status download from pf claim status site.
Alredy 90 days has been past & still not received the claim payment.
