I received a call from [protected] on 21.08.2011, discuss and conversation on phone, he offered discount card without any charges, fee & taken my citi bank credit card details.
Next day they deducted Rs.4964/- from my Citi Bank card, without my approval. I have not yet received any card till date. Now, how can i get my money back.

I received a call from [protected] on 03.09.2011 at about 1330 hours and discuss and conversation on phone, he offered discount card without any charges, fee & taken my HDFC bank credit card details.
And within few minutes at about 1342 hours they deducted Rs.4964/- from my HDFC Bank card, without my approval so please advise me how can I get my money back.
Further I requested to take necessary action under the IT Act 2000 against Plat5 Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. cheating innocent people.
