[Resolved]  PNB ATM — MONEY DEDUCTED DUE TO ATM PROBLEM

Sir, I am NAMIT YADAV, holding an account in PNB Bank, Meerut, with Account No:[protected] went for transaction on 6th of may 09 at near abut1.45 pm for an amnt of 1000&800 two times from IDBI ATM, Chiranjeev vihar, Gzb.Due to some technical error, i couldn't receive the same amnt and the money was deducted from my account.Despite of regular complaints, no assistance has been provided to me in this regard.Kindly take an action against this complaint and help me in this regrad to get my money back.

Sir, I shiv kumar, holding an account in PNB Bank, apiit sd india, with Account No:[protected]and ATM No.[protected] went for transaction on 23 of July 09 at 07:00 pm for an amnt of 500 *2 from AXIS BANk ATM, yamuna enclave, Due to some technical error, i couldn't receive the same amnt and the money was deducted from my account.Despite of regular complaints, no assistance has been provided to me in this regard.Kindly take an action against this complaint and help me in this regrad to get my money back.

Sir, I am Laxmi Gosain, holding an account in PNB Bank, Maharani Bagh, Ashram, New Delhi, with Account No:[protected] went for transaction on 3.9.2009 at Sector 37, Faridabad for an amnt of Rs. 3000 from PNB- ATM..Due to some technical error, i couldn't receive the same amnt and the money was deducted from my account while balance was Rs. 2103/- .It is not possible to draw money when balance is lower than transaction amount.

Despite of regular complaints, no assistance has been provided to me in this regard.

Kindly take an action against this complaint and help me in this regrad to get my money back.

Due to problem in machine the cash is not received but an amount of Rs.500/- is debited to my account vide TXN No.2757. You are requested to credit the same to my account immeiately and confirm at the earliest.

SHIV KUMAR — NOT RECOVER MY MONEY

I INVEST ITHE SUM MONEY OF RS. 5000/- IN GOLDEN FOREST PVT LTD , SITUATED IN CHANDIGARH, IN 1980 AND IT IS GIVEN ME A POSTDATED CHEQUE IN MARCH, NOW WE DEPOSIT THE CHEQUE IN ACCOUNT. BUT CHEQUE IS BOUNCE AND THE BOUNE REASION IS ACCOUNT CLOSED. THIS COMPANY IS AN ISO COMPANY AND I HAVE NOT RECD. ANY LETTER AND INFORMATION FOR COMPANY AND ACCOUNTS CLOSED.

Let me inform you that with the orders of Hon'able High Court, Punjab & Chandigarh, the Company has been wound up and the promoters/directors are behnd the bar. The custodian of the assets of the Company is a bank, the name I am not aware of, where you can send your claim.

P.N.B — atm withdraw more money than i take out

Respected sir,

This is Harish kumar. Sir I have Account with P.N.B Bank civil line main branch in jalandhar city. Account no is [protected]. I went to A.T.M machine on[protected] to withdraw the money which is Rs.7000/-. First time i enter the amount Rs.7000 but machine didn't take out the cash but process is complete. after words i again put A.T.M and enter the amount again that time i get my money but on receipt cash was shown 8262.71 which is spouse to be 15262.71. i was shocked and did complaint in my branch to Mr. Gupta (branch manager). He said don't worry the proses is complete in 24 hour and He gave me the online no:[protected] to complaint on that no i Did complaint on[protected]. They said the process is of one week and gave the complaint no which is:[protected]. And i call them after week they said today tomorrow after week and now they preferred u to complaint. sir i am very normal person and waiting for u'r response.
kindly look after my request and make judgment on perorates i will be very thankfull to you.

Sir, I am Shyama pada mondal holding an account in PNB Bank, of Indas branch, dist- Bankura, West Bengal with Account No:[protected] went for transaction on 5.03.2011 at Union bank of india ATM Balurghat (west Bengal) branch, for an amnt of Rs. 400 from Union bank - ATM..Due to some technical error, i couldn't receive the same amnt and the money was deducted from my account.

Kindly take an action against this complaint and help me in this regrad to get my money back.

sir, i am ajay singh kurrey holding in account in pnb bank, of kargi road kota achankmar branch, dist -bilaspur chhattisgarh .my account no: [protected] .sir my card is not working because my card is blocked for branch, maine block nahi karaya hai, bank se hi card ko block kiya gaya hai customer care bhi is problem ko solve nahi kar pa raha hai .unke dwara error no.maga jata hai jo ki atm me bata hi nahi raha hai, aur atm machine me display ho raha hai your card is blocked please contact your branch .

I tries to withdraw Rs.5, 000.- from the PNB ATM Vijay Nagar in Delhi, my account with SBI Gurgaon has been debited but the money was dispanced. TXN No.828 I am trying to call their numbers [protected], [protected] but nobody is taking the phone.

Hello Sir,

I am having an account with Indian bank. I tried to withdraw Rs.10000 from this account on last Saturday 30th-March-2013.
But I did not get money from that ATM, though My account has been debited with Rs.10, 000.

I operated to withdraw Rs5000/ from PNB ATM of my PNB br on11/04/13 at panchkula sec20 br.But did not receive the money & my a/c has been debited.The ATM screen showed "TIME OUT" My complaint no is 59611884 .Automated reversal too has not taken place so for.Kindly reverse the ibid amt to my a/c and find out solution to to such lapses to avoid harassment to users. I used atm at Lady Shri Ram College for Women, Lajpat Nagar 4 at 12:16 p. m. on 21st April, 2018. The transaction got processed and my account too got debited with an amount of INR 1000 but I didn't receive the cash due to technical issues with the ATM.
I tried calling the helpline number multiple times but it's busy.
Please look into the issue and refund me asap.
