Hi,
I have withdrawn 4000 rs from the PNB Bank ATM (Indirapuram GZB branch) however after all the processing done, money didn't dispensed. I checked my balance from the Phone Banking, the balance got reduced by 4000/-. I contacted the Branch Manager (PNB Bank) & according to her, they cant do anything about the same as ATM Network is not working properly. I suggested her to stick one note outside the ATM regarding the Issue however her statement was "You may stick the note regarding the issue if you have any problem. I am not going to stick the same as this is not my duty".
As it was the end of the month & the money was required for an emergency, i faced a very tough time today which i havent been faced ever in my life.
I want you to take a necessary action against the same if you can & please update me on the same.

Refer to complain no. 57825240, neither no action has been taken nor inform to us.
Please do favour to resolve the matter of wrongly debit Rs. 1000/-, which has been debited on 23.05.12 due to server falure during transaction through ATM .
