[Resolved]  PNB — missing of atm card

Respected Sir,

I have saving bank a/c (A/c No. [protected]) in Panjab National Bank, HAL (Chakeri Extn. Branch). I forgot my ATM password.My ATM card No. is[protected] issue date 2007/05.
Please help me to provide new password if possible or other remedy through e-mail.

please cancel my ATM card because my ATM card is lost before 1 year.

On last day(date:27.09.2009) i lost my ATM card,my account no is [protected] and i want to block my ATM card for unauthorised use it.

I have S/B A/C No. [protected] with shakarpur laxminagar branch DELHI.
& issued a ADD ON CARD in the name of my mother . SMT MEENA DEVI.
now that card has been lossd by her .


so please record my request to cancelled /blocked that ADD ON CARD.
