[Resolved]  PNB — deduction of amount from balance

i would like to inform you that on 5 may 2009 i was using my pnb atm card at idbi bank but as the transaction is going to complete, signal has gone in the atm machine and i will not recieve the amount but the same is get deducted from my account
i complaint about this to branch and the manager told me that it will take some time
but iwill not recieve amount till date
i am giving the detail
plz do the need full as soon as possible
