[Resolved] PNB — non debiting of money

on 9th july 2009 i was withdrawing 4000.00 using my pnb atm cum debit card(a/c no [protected] a/c at r n a r college kashipur branch samastipur bihar) from cannaught place bank of india atm.after inserting the atm card when i entered the amount to be withdrawn(4000.00) the current went away and the the card got stuck in the atm machine only.i appraised the whole case to the branch manager of the c.p. new delhi pnb branch manager and gave him a request letter to get my card blocked and to get my a/c debited with 4000.00 as the amount had been deducted from my a/c.my a/c had been blocked but i have not got the required balance in my a/c til date.sir kindly see to it. dear sir, my brother has apply to geting loan, my home town is dehri on sone, my brother has taking admission on fddi, raibareli.but the regniol office manager has says to me fddi is not recognised any univercity and aicte, and its not a institute of govt.but i hav also provide a senction letter of pnb mujhappar nagar, fugana, this bank are also branch o[censored]p, but our reginol office in ara are not satisfied, please help me, and give any instruction to the pnb regional office arrah(bihar), to senction the student loan, and also verify why the branches has senction the loan just like fugana, mujhapparnagr, but not me.the branches are thief or what they not verified the colage when senction the loan.

my EPF ch.no. 167214(SBI Patna) dt. 18/03/08 amount 11625 my a/c no. [protected] bettiah branch not credited my account.
