Punjab National Bank — ill behaviour of bank manager regarding education loan

Respected sir/ma'am
This is swarup krishna D/o SH. P. K. Chanda residence ANANDA PALLY, LUMDING, ASSAM filled an application for education loan online on 29 JULY 2009 .
But the bank manager of lumding branch, Assam circle, Mr. A . Nandi, behave so indecently with us.
we are the customer of the bank, and he donnot have any rights regarding such ill behaviour.
he is not even ready to talk regarding the educational loan showing some absurd reason and telling us to come later, my institute IILM Business school, NEW DELHI, having tie-up with Pnb India.
so its natural to taking loan from Pnb.But during our several visit with bank manager, all same behaviour and indecent talking behaviour .Its ridicolous how can a manager would behave, and why is deny us. Not even ready to see the documents.

Do we need to suffer like this or people like us have to suffer ?

I am a retired service person has applied six month ago for education loan for my son in my home town, Darbhanga. My son is studying in PGPBM (affiliated by PTU) at ISBM, Noida. The management has agreement with PNB. Your bank has also issued a circular to grant the loan for this course. Many students from this institute has received loan for the same course. But with deep regret I want to say that I have been dishearten by the attitude of the staffs related to loan department of Darbhanga branch. From the last six month they are delaying & delaying without any proper reason. Everyday they ask for new documents. Sometimes they ask to bring the student and sometimes they ask for the copy PNB circular for the final approval of loan. I have submitted all the necessary documents required for the loan. But finally they have not approved my loan till today without giving me any information. Please help me.

my father pay is Rs 8000 and mother pay is rs 6000 per month and i am from lucknow and there salary is going in pnb bank (lal bagh branch) lucknow off about 20 years and when we have asked for education loan they have passed only rs 59000 but aur actual need is off Rs 3, 00, 000 they have told us that the bank is not poviding loan for distance education but they have passed loan off about 59000 and Mr. Negi the chief manager of hazratganj hub branch lucknow is making us fool and the other bank is providing us loan my institute name is heritage institute of hotel management it comes under UGC and approved by PTU so sir now tell us that what will we do now .

sir take a quick action other wise we will complain to the other offficer...

I M CURRENTLY PERSUING PGDBM COURSE FROM NSB SCHOOL OF BUSINEESS NEW DELHI.IN MY BATCH THERE ARE SO MANY STUDENT WHO HAVE TAKEN EDUCATION LOAN FROM PNB.SO I HAVE ALSO APPLIED FOR EDUCATION LOAN IN PNB(ETAWAH, U.P.) THREE MONTH AGO.MY FATHER'S SALARY A/C IS ALSO IN THAT BRANCH AND MY FATHER BECAME GUARRENTER FOR MY LOAN AND I HAVE ALSO SUBMIT ALL THE DOCUMENT REQUIRED BY THE BANK.BUT THE ARE NOT ISSUING MY EDUCATION LOAN.MY PARENTS IS UNABLE TO PAY MY COLLEGE FEE SO PLZ DO SOMTHING SO THEY BECOME AGREE TO GRANT MY LOAN . BCZ MY CARRIER IS GOING IN DARK SIDE DUE TO LOSS OF MY CLASSES.

actually i have completed my intermediate and now i m in b.tech 2nd year in jagannath university, at jaipur (rajsthan), i m also complete my 1st year and now in 2nd year.i don't have a strong finencial condition, my father has been ill from by the problem of HEART.i heartd that nationalized bank provide the education loan and to collect the information about it. and i met the nearest pnb bank manager and applied for education loan for three years 1, 80, 000.00 rupees, i fullfilled the cryteria of education loan 3 months ago.but there is no response from bank manager till, i have given a application to regional manager of my dis. head quater very earlier but there is not reply till now.i m very hopeless about the banking system of my country so i written this application.the banking detail is, branch-navada govindganj, place-areraj, dis.-east champaran, r.m office-muzzaffarpur, state-BIHAR.

sir/madam.my name is sabyasachi roy.i am working in private company. i applied for a education loan in punjab national bank,purulia branch,west bengal.the manager of the bank misguided me.he said put application on internet,i did that. (application no is 48417).
when i gave a call to that manager he said he do n"t have any information .

Initially i visited the site to write what happened with me today.. But, I have changed my mind now.. Of course the customer satisfaction should be topmost priority for the staff.. When they fail to do so, it's a turn off.. People will only visit your bank only if they feel the environment is hale and hearty.. When we visit other banks, the ambiance there is completely different from what we see in few of your branches.. Not everywhere this thing is prevalent.. But, yes where ever it is, staff should be made to deal with appropriate consequences..

Punjab National Bank — denied service and behaved badly

This is richhpal singh from Najafgarh delhi . I have visited Najafgarh's panjab national bank's braches for fund transfer on 14/03/2012. Their branches manager first denied to verify thumb impression and then for more than two hours sending me from one person to another for NEFT and at last he said we are not going to do that what you can do. Branch manager's name was batara and RTGS officer 's name was goyal. The chief manager Upadayay was not there in office. This branch manager and its staff tortured me for more than 2 hours and at last denied to transfer fund. Please let me know if there is any possibility of action against this manager and other staff.
