[Resolved]  PNB — Poor service of bank

I deposited a check for refund of income tax in the name of my mother who is a senior citizen with SB [protected] on[protected].
It was valid upto[protected]. But the bank inspite of clearing it kept on holding it without any reason and sent it to SBI on[protected] which was past the over sate of check.As a result the check bounced.Ur branch manager didn't informed me about all this incident.

After 1 month of this incidence, i found my check carelessly lying on the table of one of the officer.
I myself collected it.

After this incidence, i gave a written complaint to the zonal head of the Meerut circle, but unfortunately, i've not recieved any help nor i've seen development from zonal head in this regard.


Following are the other complaints towards this branch :-
(1) The behaviour of few employees is very rude.
(2) Bank does not provide daily clearence of cheques dropped in the box and refuse to give the service of the reciept of the cheque, clearings of the pass book and it do not inform the parties about the uncleared cheque and refund status.
Hence, total working of this branch is very poor.

I am student studying in bhopal and i am pursuing BE from here. I am now in 3rd year of my degree. my hometown is in Biaora [rajgarh] . I have been applying for loan in the bank's branch in biaora from last two and a half years. My fathers pension also comes in the same branch. His account is also about seven-eight years old. First we applied in my first year, the manager told us that the loan will be granted, but a year passed with words that loan will be granted. after that the manager is transferred. The new manager came and he told us that they stopped giving loan and it is in the hand of regional brach office in indore to give loan or not. we gave all the documents he asked us to give, and uptill september 2009, whenever we go to branch.he says that answer haven't came from reginal office.In october when my father went to that branch, he came to know that he is also being transferred. he took the manager's number and the manager told my father that you haven't gave me the documents.This means that they have also threw my documents somewhere.

therefore, i m complainting for the worst response from the bank and i hope my complaint will be solved.
