[Resolved]  PNB — refuse to give study loan

Sir,
I went to Punjab National Bank Bolangir branch to apply for study loan.but they told me that will not give me loan because i am not belongs to proper Bolangir.
sir, i am belongs to Tamian a rural area where a Central bank is present.sir according to Punjab National Bank Bolangir i can only apply in my village .So they did not give me permission also to apply for the loan
Sir is there any rule for a student that he can apply in his native place only for the loan ?
