Sir, My name is Vineet Tyagi, residing in malviya nagar, new delhi. my saving account in your PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK branch sarvodhya enclave. my account no is...155432 using from last 10 years. i faced lot of problem with my account from last sixth month( every two-three month my account has shown freeze, i submitted application for unfreeze my account. last day i visit pnb sarvodhya branch bank and met Mr. Manhoar (bank Manager), i said to Mr.Manhoar resolve my problem he replied me he Cant do anything for this matter., even he dont know about why my account is freeze. he refer to his bank employee for unfreeze my account On behalf of my application, but i totally unsatisfied this process because every time repeated same story every two three month. Recently the same problem happened with my mom's account. She has account in West Patel Nagar, New Delhi branch. The procedure to unfreeze took us 2 hours, thanks to unfriendly and rude behavior of the bank staff. I have now decided to get the account closed.

Vineet, nobody can help you except yourself. Close your account in PNB. If you have PAN number then you can open account in any good private bank. There is no point getting harassed at the hands of cheap sitting in u r PNB branch.
